THE PTCRIS undertakes to make available the website ptcris.pt, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018, of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

- Non-compliance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018, the aggregation of services would impair the clarity of information and navigation, with the current structure being more effective for users.
- There are occasional limitations in some components integrated via iframes, where the semantic order of the HTML code does not fully reflect the visual order presented on the frontend. These situations require corrections to be made by the iframe provider and cannot be directly resolved at the website level.

V. Reporting situations of discrimination
