What is it

Single portal of scientific information

The Science Portal is a centralized platform that allows you to view, discover, and correlate information about researchers, institutions, projects, funding, and national scientific production. This portal strengthens the connection between the scientific community and society by promoting a broader and more informed understanding of science conducted in Portugal, especially publicly funded science.

The development of the Science Portal is scheduled for 2025.

Access and navigation

Users can access the portal through an intuitive interface that allows for easy navigation. A search bar allows users to enter keywords to find specific information.

Researchers/Teachers: Profiles of researchers and faculty, including their areas of expertise, publications, and projects in which they participate.

Research and Development (R&D) Institutions Data on R&D institutions, laboratories, and scientific research programs.

Scientific projects: Information on ongoing and completed scientific projects, including execution period and funding.

Scientific production: Access to information on scientific publications, theses, and other research results produced in Portugal.
