State of conformity<\/h2>\n<p class=\"capFL\"><span class=\"target-type\">The website<\/span>\u00a0<a class=\"siteurl\" href=\"https:\/\/ptcris.pt\/\"><span class=\"target-name\">ptcris.pt<\/span><\/a>\u00a0d<span class=\"lowFL\">the<\/span>\u00a0PTCRIS is\u00a0<span class=\"mr mr-conformance-status\"><span class=\"conformance-output\">partially compliant<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83\/2018 of October 19.<\/p>\n<p>Non-conformities and\/or exemptions are indicated below.<\/p>\n<h3>Non-conformities and\/or subject to exemptions<\/h3>\n<p>A. Enumeration\u00a0<strong>of the sections \/ contents \/ functions<\/strong>\u00a0d<span class=\"target-type\">the website<\/span>\u00a0that are not compliant and\/or subject to exemption:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mr mr-nonconf-sections\">\n<li>No navigation level has more than 9 options.<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to recognize the semantics of the various elements when the CSS is removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B.\u00a0<strong>Reasons<\/strong>\u00a0which are at the root of the non-compliance with the contents indicated above:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mr mr-nonconf-reasons\">\n<li>Non-compliance with Decree-Law No. 83\/2018, the aggregation of services would impair the clarity of information and navigation, with the current structure being more effective for users.<\/li>\n<li>There are occasional limitations in some components integrated via iframes, where the semantic order of the HTML code does not fully reflect the visual order presented on the frontend. These situations require corrections to be made by the iframe provider and cannot be directly resolved at the website level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"n2\">II. Preparation of this accessibility and usability statement<\/h2>\n<p>This statement was updated on\u00a0<span class=\"mr mr-date\">2025-12-30<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 83\/2018, entities must adopt the monitoring procedures presented below. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Automatic evaluations carried out<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mr mr-automatic-summary\">\n<ol>\n<li>(2025-12-30). Most pages pass the automated test suite for levels A and AA, with a higher incidence of warnings and non-conformities recorded in the AAA level criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>B. Other evidence<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span id=\"accstmnt_seal_summary_empty\">PTCRIS did not present, when completing this Declaration, any other evidence or efforts to make its website compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 83\/2018, of October 19.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"n5\">V. Reporting situations of discrimination<\/h2>\n<p>According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 83\/2018, of October 19, whenever a person with a disability is subjected to less favorable treatment than that which is, has been, or will be given to another person in a comparable situation, which constitutes a discriminatory practice against persons with disabilities, foreseen and punished under the terms of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/data.dre.pt\/eli\/lei\/46\/2006\/08\/28\/p\/dre\/pt\/html\">Article 4 of Law No. 46\/2006, of August 28<\/a>That person may file a complaint, in accordance with the provisions of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/data.dre.pt\/eli\/dec-lei\/34\/2007\/02\/15\/p\/dre\/pt\/html\">Decree-Law No. 34\/2007, of February 15<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, IP) provides a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inr.pt\/resultados-de-pesquisa\/-\/journal_content\/56\/11309\/45065?p_p_auth=wje2GjQi\">Form to report situations of discrimination.<\/a>, forwarding the complaints submitted to the competent authorities.
